A physician-turned-civil servant at the intersection of public health, data, and governance. After four years in Bangladesh's government health service, Mohiuddin joined the civil service and worked at the Bangladesh Planning Commission, contributing to policy appraisal across health, education, and gender equality, and leading the SDGs focal team. He has since held leadership roles in field administration and tobacco control policy. He holds an MSc from Oxford, an MPH in Epidemiology, and is specialised in Data, Economics & Development Policy. DEEPLAB is his platform for translating that experience into open, evidence-based policy intelligence for Bangladesh.
A programmer-turned-civil servant at the crossroads of technology, data, and public administration. Palash spent seven years as a professional programmer before joining the Bangladesh Civil Service (Administration Cadre), bringing a rare technical depth to governance. In his early career, he served as Assistant Chief at the Bangladesh Planning Commission, contributing to sectoral plans under the Industry & Power Division. He has since gained wide experience working across both central and local government in Bangladesh, driving digital transformation of public services and administration at multiple levels. As Co-Founder of DEEPLAB, Palash leads the platform's technical vision and data infrastructure, merging his programming expertise with policy experience to build open, evidence-based tools for Bangladesh.
